PAYMENTS BY BANK TRANSFER OR IN-BRANCH DEPOSIT
If the method is bank deposit or transfer, the following fields must be specified:
ORIGINATOR: Enter the buyer's name and surname / Company
RECIPIENT: Zapatos Pasarela, s.l. (Roberto Garrudo)
CONCEPT: Enter the online order number or the customer's name if you placed the order by phone.

Once we have received the bank transfer or deposit in our account, we will proceed with the shipment of the order. You can send us proof by email to: pedidos@robertogarrudo.com, but for security reasons, the order will not be considered effective until the financial department has bank confirmation of the transfer or deposit. Please, if you choose "Bank Transfer" as your payment method, do not forget to make it within 7 days, so that we can keep the order. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee and reserve the products corresponding to your order. If payment has not been received after 7 days, we will understand that you are not interested in purchasing the product(s), so the order will be automatically cancelled.
BIZUM PAYMENT
To pay with this method, you must select it during the payment process. Once you click the buy button, you will be redirected to an external page where you will need to enter a code generated through the banking platform. Then, the bank will send an SMS to the registered mobile phone with an additional unique code for each purchase. You must enter the code correctly and the payment will appear as accepted.
